Monthly Subscription Costs

A monthly Junior subscription costs £25 pcm and includes training, matchday fees and entrance into the monthly Lucky Draw.

Payments should be made by direct debit on the 1st of every month, starting August 2025 for 10 months.

I give consent for my son/daughter to participate in Steeton AFC Club’s events and agree to the conditions outlined above. I accept that it is my responsibility to inform the Club directly of any changes to the details recorded on this form.

I have read the above information and have stated all my child’s previous medical conditions. I take it upon myself to update Steeton AFC regarding any changes to my son or daughter’s health. In the event that my son/daughter is injured whilst playing football whilst representing Steeton AFC and I cannot be contacted on the details I have provided, I hereby give my consent for my child to receive medical attention.
